Burna Boy shuts down Sse Arena and wins Mtv Ema Best African act 2019 same night


Burna boy is living up to his niche "African Giant." A winning season for the seasoned artist.

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, "Burna Boy" becomes the first African Artiste to sell out Wembley Arena (SSE Arena) in London - United Kingdom, yesterday, 3 November 2019. As history is made, he receives a plaque from the management of the venue in recognition of this.

Same day, he also won the Best African Act award at the 2019 MTV EMAs, Seville, Spain. 

He was nominated alongside Harmonize from Tanzania, Nasty C from South Africa, Prince Kaybee from South Africa, Teni from Nigeria and Toofan from Togo.

Sir God is definitely smiling on Burna. More blessings.
