Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Lagos State Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence court has sentenced the Medical Director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr. Olufemi Olaleye to life in prison for the defilement of his wife’s niece.

He was found guilty of defilement and sexual penetration of a 15-year-old girl.

The judge held that the prosecution was able to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt with all the evidences presented.
