Enjoy making this strawberry sorbet without an ice-cream machine. In the absence of strawberries, you can use mango, pawpaw, pineapple or bananas.
Strawberries contain antioxidants, a good source of vitamin C. Good strawberries reduces inflammation, maintains a good stature, improves heart health, keeps blood pressure healthy, aids digestion, lowers the risk of developing cancer, immune boosting, promotes brain health, refreshes skin, anti-aging.
Alongside other vitamin rich ingredients such as lemon/limes, dates/honey used in making this strawberry sorbet, you are guaranteed a refreshing super treat.
Ingredients
● 500g frozen strawberries
● 20ml freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice
● 40ml freshly squeezed pineapple juice
● 2 tablespoons honey or dates syrup.

■ Add all ingredients listed in a food processor & blend.
■ Freeze for 2 hours or more. Scoop & serve.
