Election petition tribunal declares Senator Ademola Adeleke (dancing senator) the winner of the Osun state governorship election under PDP and sacks APC's Gboyega Oyetola.
The election was held on the 22nd of September 2018 and re-run 27 September 2018 in which so many foul play was recorded on the side of APC for their candidate Gboyega Oyetola who was then, wrongly declared the winner and Senator Adeleke cheated of his mandate.
The Osun state Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja ruled that APC and its candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, was not validly endorsed.
