Steps To Fry Crispy and Succulent Chicken


Many people both young and old loves crispy chicken.

There is this special craving for juicy, moist, delicious, deep fried chicken that melts in your mouth, wrapped with some crunchy goodness.


1) Ingredients:

Chicken pieces
Fresh milk
Cooking oil
Wheat flour
Salt
eggs X2
Spices (according to your preference)

Some suggested spices would be paprika,nutmeg,cayenne spice or garlic powder, seasoning powder or cubes (chicken variety), onion powder.

2) Boil your Chicken in milk for about 20 - 25 minutes.

3) After boiling leave out your chicken to cool.

4) Mix both eggs with milk in a separate bowl. Dip the boiled and cooled chicken inside the milk and egg mixture, making sure that its well coated.

5) Mix all your spices with preferrably, wheat flour.

6) Thereafter, dip your chicken from point 4, inside the spice-wheat mixture.


7)Deep fry the chicken in oil of your choice.

And anytime you feeling lazy, you can buy some from your favourite chicken outlet.
