Ex- Nigeria president, Shehu Usman Aliyu Shagari GCFR has died. He passed away at the National Hospital Abuja, after a brief illness.
He was a Nigerian politician who served as the first and only President of Nigeria's Second Republic, after the handover of power by General Olusegun Obasanjo's military government.
Born: 25 February 1925, Shagari, Nigeria.
